SHIPPING
Shipping costs €8.00 throughout Italy.
Massaro Abbigliamento ships within Italy and worldwide exclusively through the GLS express courier service. All goods shipped by Massaro Abbigliamento are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Massaro Abbigliamento will include in the package (or send via email if requested) an invoice detailing the prices of the purchased items.
FREE INSURANCE
Massaro Abbigliamento is covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.
ORDER PROCESSING
All duly completed and paid orders will be processed by Massaro Abbigliamento only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Massaro Abbigliamento offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by GLS. The customer will receive an email confirmation of the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by GLS, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the real-time delivery status in the "My Account" section of the website.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping applies to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping applies to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, where VAT/TVA is not paid on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is generally expected within 5/12 days from the order, depending on the availability of our suppliers, with delivery within the subsequent three working days. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is generally expected within three/five working days from shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is generally expected within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is generally expected up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Upon delivery of the goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. Should the package appear tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery receipt with reservation or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS Office and to Massaro, by sending an email to our customer service. Should the Customer refuse delivery of the goods, all shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Massaro Abbigliamento will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Massaro Abbigliamento at the Customer's expense. In this case, Massaro Abbigliamento will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
