INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30.06.2003, NO. 196

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Mas.Ca. S.r.l. S.S. 265 KM 26.200 - 81020 SAN MARCO EV. (CE) P.Iva 03226860611, as the Data Controller, informs interested parties about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their provision.

PURPOSES

The identifying and IT personal data, collected from interested parties, subject to processing, are used directly to fulfill the request to send the newsletter and related subscription to the mailing list, concerning informative messages and commercial and promotional communications relating to the activity carried out by the Data Controller, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and the provisions of the law.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Data processing is carried out using paper, IT and telematic means by internal personnel specifically appointed. The data are stored in electronic archives and, as a residual measure, paper archives, with full assurance of the minimum security measures required by law.

COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE

The data collected will not be subject to disclosure or dissemination. Communication to third parties, other than the Data Controller, internal and external managers of the company structure, and data processors identified and appointed pursuant to articles 29 and 30 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, is provided, where necessary for the purposes mentioned above, to third parties (such as IT supply and assistance companies) involved in the correct and regular pursuit of the described purposes. In any case, processing by third parties will be carried out correctly and in compliance with current legal provisions.

User Rights
Users can exercise certain rights regarding the Data processed by the Controller.

In particular, the User has the right to:

 revoke consent at any time. The User can withdraw consent to the processing of their Personal Data previously expressed.
  object to the processing of their Data. The User can object to the processing of their Data when it occurs on a legal basis other than consent. Further details on the right to object are indicated in the section below.
  access their Data. The User has the right to obtain information on the Data processed by the Controller, on certain aspects of the processing, and to receive a copy of the processed Data.
   verify and request rectification. The User can verify the correctness of their Data and request its update or correction. ?
   obtain the restriction of processing. When certain conditions are met, the User can request the restriction of the processing of their Data. In this case, the Controller will not process the Data for any other purpose than its storage.
  obtain the erasure or removal of their Personal Data. When certain conditions are met, the User can request the erasure of their Data by the Controller.?
   receive their Data or have them transferred to another controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to obtain its transfer without hindrance to another controller. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed by automated means and the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract to which the User is a party or on contractual measures related to it.
    file a complaint. The User can file a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.
Details on the right to object

When Personal Data is processed in the public interest, in the exercise of public authority vested in the Controller or for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Controller, Users have the right to object to the processing for reasons related to their particular situation.

Users are hereby informed that, should their Data be processed for direct marketing purposes, they can object to the processing without providing any reason. To find out if the Controller processes data for direct marketing purposes, Users can refer to the respective sections of this document.

How to exercise rights

To exercise user rights, Users can address a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as quickly as possible, in any case within one month.

Further information on processing

Legal defense

The User's Personal Data may be used by the Controller in court or in the preparatory stages for its possible establishment for the defense against abuse in the use of this Application or related Services by the User.

The User declares to be aware that the Controller may be obliged to disclose the Data by order of public authorities.

Specific information

Upon the User's request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific Services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

System logs and maintenance

For operational and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e., files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User's IP address.

Information not contained in this policy

Further information in relation to the processing of Personal Data may be requested at any time from the Data Controller using the contact details.

Response to "Do Not Track" requests

This Application does not support "Do Not Track" requests.

To find out if any third-party services used support them, the User is invited to consult their respective privacy policies.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by informing Users on this page and, if possible, on this Application, as well as, where technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to Users through one of the contact details available to the Data Controller. Please, therefore, consult this page regularly, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom.

 Should the changes affect processing whose legal basis is consent, the Data Controller will collect the User's consent again, if necessary.

CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR

The Data Controller is Mas.Ca. S.r.l. S.S. 265 KM 26.200 - 81020 SAN MARCO EV. (CE) P.Iva 03226860611. The Processor is the pro tempore head of the commercial area. An updated list of processors, appointed by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, is available at the Data Controller's registered office. For any communication pursuant to articles 7 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, the Data Controller provides the address info@albero.com.

STORAGE PERIODS

Storage period

The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected.

Therefore:

          Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of such contract is completed.
          Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.
When processing is based on the User's consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

 

At the end of the storage period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, erasure, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Contact form (this Application)

By filling out the contact form with their data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other nature indicated by the form's heading.

Personal Data collected: CAP, city, Tax Code, surname, date of birth, email, User ID, address, country, and name.

          Interaction with social networks and external platforms
This type of service allows interaction with social networks, or with other external platforms, directly from the pages of this Application.

The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the User's privacy settings for each social network.

If a social network interaction service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may collect traffic data related to the pages on which it is installed.

Tweet button and Twitter social widgets (Twitter, Inc.)

The Tweet button and Twitter social widgets are services for interacting with the Twitter social network, provided by Twitter, Inc.

Like button and Facebook social widgets (Facebook, Inc.)

The "Like" button and Facebook social widgets are services for interacting with the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook, Inc.

          Statistics
The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and are used to keep track of User behavior.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google.

Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

The provision of data is optional, however, any refusal to respond makes it impossible for the data controller to proceed with requests to send the newsletter.

CONSENT

Pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent to the processing of the aforementioned data is necessary. Consent is considered granted by checking the box at the bottom of the form.
