Returns
Massaro intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the Customer's expense and under their responsibility within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send one or more returns to Massaro, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items sold on the Massaro website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment using a disposable security seal with the Massaro logo. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. The return will be accepted only with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with a thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Returns with a cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered security seal will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The garments to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) - The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be adequately packaged and packed.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and solely to the UPS Express Courier within and no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
F) - Customers wishing to exchange a size, color, or item must follow the return procedure and place a new order on the Massaro website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Massaro reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the WhatsApp phone number +393518919711 within 14 days of receiving the goods.
B) - The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the Customer.
Ship the package to Massaro shipping office, Strada statale 265 km 26.200. The shipment is at the Customer's risk: Massaro is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delayed delivery. Items must be returned and packed to ensure transport safety with the same method and type. All returned items will be inspected by Massaro staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Massaro reserves the right to evaluate any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the return conditions and communicated to the Customer.
REFUND
The due refund will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), PayPal credit (if the order was paid by PayPal), or bank transfer. These conditions are in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). THE REFUND WILL BE MADE NET OF THE SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED FOR THE OUTWARD DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT. IN CASE OF FREE SHIPPING, THE COST OF 10.00 EUROS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
